BIOGRAPHY
Joseph Wallace is a filmmaker and curator whose work explores class, power, and identity through the textures of pop culture. With a background in film production and programming, he has collaborated with the BFI, RSC, and the Edinburgh International Film Festival. He has also contributed writing for Sight & Sound, produces video essays for Second Sight Films, and in 2025, his short film Extra Cleaning was selected for the BAFTA-qualifying Flatpack Festival. A recent graduate of the National Film and Television School, his practice uncovers the traumas and spectacles woven into the images we consume.
